The Never Ending Regulatory Challenges of the Small Business Person

It always amazes me that when academics look at our economy, and then suggest to us ways to fix some of the problems with jobs and what have you. They never address some of the real and obvious challenges and situations. I believe this is because they've never run a business before, and most of them don't understand the free-market system.
